Balance.
When the sea is at low tide,
There are fish stuck at the shore,
Left by the rough high tide,
Struggling to survive,
Fidgeting to use every last drop,
Squirming itself to the water.
This is the balance of chaos and calm.
(When you're at peace, there is somewhere someone struggling to provide it to you, being aware of this makes you value your peace more)
